Initiation
Incapita’s network of branches and associates spread across Asia proactively seek investment opportunities by converting existing business opportunities and ideas into attractive and viable business propositions. Proactive search will be based on Incapita analysis of growth sectors in a country and pre-agreed specific investor interests. Certain projects will also attract Incapita’s internally generated funds as well.
Investment Facilitation
Based on the business/ project proposition, Incapita will solicit investments from matching partner firms and in certain cases from high net-worth investors. Incapita also undertake the task of forming investment consortiums for some projects as well. The principle of utmost confidentiality is key to us during this facilitation stage.
Due Diligence
In most cases successful facilitation is followed by a standard due diligence process.
Partnership Formation
Based on due diligence Incapita will facilitate the partnership formation process between the investors and the respective business. In certain cases Incapita will also participate as a shareholder.
Revenue Generation
Incapita will benefit from a successful liaison in one of the following ways.
- A pre agreed standard professional management fee
- A pre agreed success based one-off fee
- A success based recurrent fee over a pre-agreed time period
- A pre-agreed stake or return over and above the natural stake obtained through investing internally generated fund
Profit Share
As mentioned elsewhere, sharing is a key principle in Incapita philosophy of business. All associates and partners we trust in will benefit the same way we will benefit through revenue generation.
